Job summary

The Darden School Foundation in Charlottesville, Virginia seeks a Program Manager to deliver open enrollment and custom executive education programs at the Darden Business School locations in Charlottesville and Rosslyn, and at other U.S. and international venues.

You will coordinate all operational aspects of assigned events, manage communications, and ensure cost‑effective program administration with outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 4–5 years in customer relations or admin.
• Experience with LMS, registration tools, and CRM systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Event planning and program management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective delivery on all operational aspects of assigned exec ed programs or events (in person and virtual).
• Manage pre and post program communications with participants.
• Oversee the learning management system for each program and ensure materials are posted timely.
• Manage program delivery budget within cost parameters.
• Travel regionally for offsite program support (overnight).
• Support business development and client relationship activities.
