Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of related experience or 10+ years with master's degree.
• 8+ years of management experience in Engineering/Program/Functional Management.
• Proven customer shaping, engagement strategies and program execution expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases from capture to closeout for multiple programs.
• Own cost, schedule and technical performance of programs and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and changes; coordinate proposals and budgets.
