Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Senior Director of Programs for its Magna, UT facility. This on-site role leads a portfolio of complex programs across multiple sites, driving cost, schedule, and technical performance with a focus on growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in defense/aerospace program management, proven cross-functional leadership, and the ability to engage customers and maintain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of program or project management experience in defense or aerospace.
• Proven experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams to achieve program performance and financial objectives.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall leadership for a portfolio of complex programs, ensuring cost, schedule, technical, and quality objectives are met or exceeded.
• Champion a high-integrity, inclusive culture that reflects company values and fosters engagement and high performance.
• Shape and execute the growth strategy for the site’s business portfolio, including identification, capture, and execution of new business opportunities.
• Coordinate closely with the Business Unit leadership team to leverage enterprise capabilities and drive continuous improvement.
