Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Operations Project Manager to oversee the µ-Line Advanced Packaging Technology in Apopka, FL. You will lead manufacturing activities, manage costs and schedules, and coordinate with program management, engineering, and supply chain to ensure successful program execution.

This role requires strong leadership, EVMS experience, and the ability to drive risk management across multi-disciplinary teams, with a focus on delivering program objectives and maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years or Master's with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading people and/or projects.
• 2+ years’ direct people leadership and supervision experience.
• 2+ years in Manufacturing Operations or related roles.
• Experience with ERP and MRP systems; EVMS exposure.

Responsibilities
