Job summary

Zip Co Limited is seeking a Program Director to orchestrate Zip’s most strategic cross-functional initiatives, translating executive priorities into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and other teams to ensure alignment, governance, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in program management, strategy and operations within technology.
• 5+ years leading complex work in financial technology, banking, payments, or consumer financial services.
• Proven track record guiding cross-functional programs with accountability for outcomes.
• Strong executive presence and ability to align senior leaders to goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead Zip’s most strategic cross-functional programs and special projects.
• Partner with execs and teams across Product, Strategy, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Credit Risk, People, Commercial, and Delivery.
• Define outcomes, success metrics, and roadmaps; govern and monitor progress.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations; drive decisions to closure.
• Establish lightweight governance and operating rhythms for transparency.
