Job summary

Zoic Labs in the United States is seeking a Director of Business Development & Program Management to lead the full sales cycle across government and commercial clients. You will develop opportunities, qualify leads, and guide proposals and capture efforts in support of Zoic Labs' immersive experiences.

The role requires extensive customer relationships, proposal writing, and the ability to collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful sales and/or business development focused experience.
• Extensive customer relationship and networking experience.
• Knowledge of Government contracts, FAR, NAICS, and NIST preferred.
• Security clearance eligibility and ability to travel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and sales across government and private sector clients.
• Seek out and acquire new customers across a variety of disciplines.
• Collaborate with customers to determine requirements and growth opportunities.
• Contribute to Business Development Strategy, Sales, and Proposal writing.
• Develop sales demonstrations and presentations for client industries.
