Job summary

A-LIGN is seeking an Associate Director of Strategic Programs to own cross-functional initiatives, partner with executives, and drive AI transformation and operational excellence from strategy to execution.

You will translate priorities into roadmaps, measure outcomes with KPIs, and report progress to the VP of AI Transformation and Operations. The role is full-time, Exempt, and remote across the United States.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related fields; MBA preferred.
Track record of leading cross-functional programs from scoping to measurable outcomes; consulting background is a plus.
Experience producing board-level materials and operating in a metrics-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Strategic Programs Execution: scope, prioritize, and drive cross-functional initiatives with leadership.
AI Transformation & Adoption: identify AI opportunities and coordinate pilots across units.
Executive Operations & Reporting: prepare metrics updates for Executives and Board, support planning.
Build governance: establish escalation paths, governance, and cadence for programs.
Lead integration and transition: design new capabilities and drive operating-model changes.
