Job summary

Change.org is seeking a VP of AI Strategy to lead the AI program across the organization, partnering with Engineering, Product, Design, and executive leadership to drive rapid, measurable AI-driven improvements. You’ll build a governance cadence, map adoption with input from ICs, and shape a learning ecosystem with regular AI demonstrations for teams.

The role is full-time, open to candidates in the US and beyond via remote work, with compensation disclosed at a market-aligned level for the US

Qualifications

• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Proven program/product management discipline across teams.
• Direct experience advising C-suite or VP-level executives.
• Deep AI fluency with external network of AI practitioners.
• Ability to understand technical product discussions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate an organization-wide AI strategy.
• Build an iterative AI transformation roadmap.
• Create an AI learning program with regular training demos.
• Provide insights on AI developments relevant to teams.
• Own AI adoption and impact measurement framework.
• Lead AI governance meetings across AI Exec/PD groups.
• Listen to ICs and map reality vs leadership beliefs.
• Collaborate with Engineering on tooling operations.
• Partner with AI leads as a thought partner.
