Job summary

Adobe is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within the Creativity & Productivity (C&P) Business Capability Design & Delivery team. You will partner with leadership, product management, and business stakeholders to define vision, roadmap, and successful outcomes for Adobe Technology Services/C&P.

You will coordinate intake, prioritization, and end-to-end program governance, including planning, execution, and benefits realization, in a matrix

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years' experience as a program manager in software or related tech industries.
• Experience leading multi-discipline teams with business and technical resources.
• Experience using Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and define objectives with business units and stakeholders.
• Oversee intake, triage, and prioritization for initiatives and enhancements.
• Plan, socialize, and secure approvals for program roadmaps.
• Estimate effort and feasibility with ATS teams.
• Manage end-to-end program execution and risk across teams.
• Prepare status reports and communications for executives.
