Job summary

Code and Theory, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager with deep experience in Adobe Experience Cloud to lead enterprise implementations. You will drive end‑to‑end delivery, coordinate cross‑functional teams across time zones, and ensure projects stay on scope and budget while maintaining strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates bring proven agency experience, mastery of Agile/Scrum/Waterfall, and hands-on use of JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.

Qualifications

Experience delivering Adobe Experience Cloud projects for enterprise clients.
Agency/services experience handling cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage projects across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end Adobe Experience Cloud implementation to meet time, scope, and budget.
Define project plans, schedules, milestones and ensure alignment with objectives.
Serve as primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, development teams, and Adobe consultants.
Manage risks, dependencies, and constraints for smooth execution.
Track progress with KPIs and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and technical teams to convert requirements into deliverables.
Coordinate resource allocation and cross-functional team efforts for efficiency.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog grooming.
