Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Digital Adobe Program Lead to helm large enterprise digital marketing transformations. You will guide Adobe Experience Cloud engagements from discovery through launch, align business and technical teams, and drive delivery excellence across onsite and offshore teams.

The role requires deep consulting and project leadership skills, with a focus on stakeholder management, governance, and strategic roadmapping to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise digital experience leadership on Adobe Experience Cloud or similar
• Experience across Adobe Cloud tools and the ability to translate product capabilities to delivery plans
• Proven success in managing enterprise software implementations and large digital programs

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary delivery lead for Adobe Experience Cloud engagements from discovery to launch
• Partner with client stakeholders to define priorities and translate goals into delivery plans
• Build trusted advisor relationships with executives and technology leaders
• Lead cross-functional teams including analysts, architects, developers and QA
• Coordinate multiple offshore delivery teams and ensure alignment across time zones
• Oversee governance, planning, risk management and stakeholder communications
• Identify opportunities for roadmap growth and continuous platform improvement
• Monitor budgets, resources, schedules and project scope to ensure delivery objectives
