Qualifications

• At least 8 years in program/project management within a complex, matrixed organization.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience.
• Experience in strategic planning, governance, and executive stakeholder management.
• Proven budgets, metrics, and change management experience in regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of managed care operations or healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversees strategy, design, implementation, delivery, and ongoing operations of program(s) and services.
• Develops governance structures and standards for best practices.
• Partners with executives to set vision, priorities, and success measures.
• Manages portfolio performance aligning initiatives with strategy.
• Provides executive-level reporting on status, risks, and outcomes.
• Leads financial planning and oversight for budgets and cost savings opportunities.
• Drives cross-functional collaboration across legal, compliance, IT, and operations.
• Champions change management and stakeholder engagement for new processes or technologies.
• Continuously evaluates frameworks to enhance efficiency and impact.
• May provide training and mentorship to staff.
