Job summary

Molina Healthcare seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex business initiatives in the U.S. health care space.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder communications from inception through delivery. You will mentor staff, drive process improvements, and coordinate with vendors as needed, ensuring governance and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive project management experience.
• At least 1 year of management/leadership experience.
• Advanced understanding of multiple projects and relationships between projects.
• Expert knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).
• Ability to learn new software quickly and train others.

Responsibilities

• Oversees team responsible for all aspects of assigned projects from inception through delivery.
• Manages project scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs and changes.
• Prepares and submits project status reports to senior leadership.
• Oversees project governance, processes, and vendor coordination as needed.
• Drives process improvements and assesses complex project risks across multiple initiatives.
