Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or equivalent combination of Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• 5+ years of managed healthcare experience including 3+ years in utilization management or case management.
• Must have an active, unrestricted license if licensed.
