Molina Healthcare is seeking a subject matter expert to provide leadership for healthcare services projects and programs, guiding design, execution, evaluation, and support while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and contractual commitments, contributing to quality and cost-effective member care.

The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with experience in clinical operations and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of health care experience, including clinical operations, with 3+ years in UM, CM, care transitions, behavioral health, or related areas.
• Clinical licensure or certification required ONLY if state contract, regulation, business operating model, or state board licensing mandates; license must be active and unrestricted.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare services projects and programs from design to completion with cross-functional teams.
• Provide ongoing communication to ensure compliance with standardized protocols and processes.
• Oversee external vendors when engaged.
• Focus on process improvement, organizational change management, and program management.
• Lead healthcare services programs to meet critical needs and transform requirements into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with customers to analyze needs and translate into BRDs, test plans, RTMs, and training materials.
• Conduct quality audits to assess staff education and service quality and implement quality initiatives.
