Job summary

Molina Healthcare is seeking a Program Manager to provide subject matter expertise and support for program management activities across department and cross-functional areas. The role requires strong program/project management skills to independently manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders, driving initiatives through completion.

Healthcare experience supporting provider engagement, risk adjustment, quality improvement, or similar programs is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of progressive program and/or project management experience in a complex environment.
• Experience leading medium-to-large, multi-functional healthcare programs is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, implementation, delivery, and ongoing operations of program(s).
• Manage multiple workstreams, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to completion.
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks for consistent program practices.
• Lead performance measurement, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, IT, and analytics.
