Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Principal, Program Management to lead strategic supply chain programs and align cross-functional teams across technology, finance, and business units. This role reports to the Senior Director, Supply Chain Strategy and requires influencing senior leaders while delivering large, multi-project outcomes.

The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, strategic planning, and risk management with a focus on delivering milestones and measurable results in a global enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of program management experience, preferably in Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Define outcomes, milestones, and timelines to support supply chain strategies with sponsor and team.
• Partner with sponsor and teams to meet deadlines and complete projects.
• Develop partnerships with senior leadership to understand network needs and provide updates.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders to drive decisions and mitigate risk.
• Develop and maintain progress reports, tech requirements, and presentations.
• Interface with technology and business partners to define requirements and address items.
• Build, develop, and grow business relationships across the organization.
• Foster an environment of acceptance and respect with colleagues and communities.
• Collaborate with other Program Managers to share knowledge across focuses.
