Job summary

Good co India seeks a seasoned program leader to drive strategic initiatives across the organization. You will plan, execute, and monitor programs, develop strategies, budgets, timelines, and KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals.

You will manage cross-functional teams, allocate resources, report progress to senior leadership, and advocate continuous improvement through change management and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in program/ project management, operations, or strategic planning.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex programs from initiation to completion.
• PM tools proficiency and strong budgeting, resource planning, risk assessment, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop program strategies, implementation plans, budgets, timelines, and performance indicators.
• Manage cross-functional teams, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of program objectives.
• Monitor program performance, evaluate outcomes, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Identify potential risks, resolve operational challenges, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, partners, and senior leadership.
• Prepare progress reports, presentations, and program performance updates for management.
• Drive continuous improvement, change management, and process optimization initiatives.
