Job summary

Oracle’s Strategic Customer Engineering group in the United States seeks a seasoned program leader to drive cross‑functional initiatives for strategic customers and priorities. You will translate objectives into executable plans, align senior leaders, and manage risks across teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

You’ll govern programs, provide executive updates, use data to steer decisions, and mentor teams toward strong PM practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Operations, or a related field.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in complex organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategy and translate objectives into executable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Executive communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and influence skills.
