Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, nonprofit management, or related field.
• Seven+ years of experience in strategy implementation or program leadership.
• PMP preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Experience influencing outcomes without direct supervisory authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead organization-wide strategic plan implementation with action plans, milestones, and measures.
• Translate priorities into executable plans and measurable outcomes with accountability.
• Convene teams and partners to move initiatives from planning to execution.
• Apply project and change management to monitor progress and manage risks.
• Evaluate results and plan transitions to long-term ownership.
