Job summary

Ho'olaulima Government Solutions LLC (HGS) is seeking a Management & Program Analyst in Santa Rita, GU. The role provides comprehensive administrative, analytical, and operational support to BD codes and SMEs, and involves workflow design and automation using Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 tools.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in management or program analysis, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of management and/or program analysis experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, analytical, and operational support to Business Directorate codes and SMEs.
• Design, automate, maintain, and troubleshoot workflows using Microsoft 365 applications including Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Planner, and Forms.
• Analyze business processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and accelerate outcomes.
• Support strategic planning, requirements, analytics, and after-action reports.
• Provide HR support, including personnel actions, staffing analyses, and desk audits.
• Coordinate with senior staff to collect, consolidate, and analyze program and performance information.
• Draft, review, and edit official correspondence and briefing materials.
• Maintain records, procedures, and SOPs in command documentation.
