Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in program administration, public administration, finance, marketing, accounting, human resources, or other related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior level program administration to a program or organized research center, achieving objectives through subordinate staff across financial, research, administrative and outreach functions.
• Develop and implement budget; manage grants and contracts; oversee space and materials for teaching, translational clinical care, clinical research, and projects.
• Drive strategic planning for the program or center to achieve long-term university goals; manage financial objectives, annual budget, and grant/contract administration.
• Oversee facility space allocation, communication services, and coordination with Facilities Management for renovations and upgrades.
• Lead hiring, staff development, and performance management to achieve program goals.
