Creation Technologies is seeking a Program Administrator to support Program Managers and cross-functional teams in executing manufacturing programs. You will coordinate documentation, track milestones, and help manage orders, RMAs, and production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in operations support or admin roles, familiarity with ERP systems, and strong communication in English.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in operations support, customer service or admin.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle is a plus.
• U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and organize program documentation for stakeholders.
• Review customer POs and RMAs to maintain order alignment.
• Prepare AR statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings with engineering, production, procurement, and customers.
• Track milestones and deadlines, flagging delays to teams.
• Support production schedules, shipments of RMAs, and logistics.
