Job summary

Aderant North America, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across Business Systems, IT, and Security. You will define scope, timelines, budgets, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver on strategic objectives.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of PM experience, proficiency in Jira/Asana/Smartsheet, and a solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. PMP or Scrum certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Proven experience managing technical projects involving IT systems, business applications, and security initiatives.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• PMP, Certified Scrum / Agile, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project and program management for initiatives across Business Systems, IT, and Security
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business objectives
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Operations, IT, Security, CloudOps, Finance, HR and external vendors depending on the project scope.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and issues; implement and communicate mitigation strategies proactively
• Ensure projects adhere to governance, compliance, and security standards
• Track and report on project progress, KPIs, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and ELT communications
• Drive process improvements and standardization across project management practices
• Manage change control processes and ensure smooth adoption of new systems and tools
