Job summary

UFORCE US seeks a Senior Program Analyst to optimize pricing, agreements, program performance, and the processes linking Sales, Capture, Finance, Engineering, and Delivery.

This ownership role runs on analysis: you’ll quantify what is actually happening, build lasting fixes, and help teams understand costs, commitments, and risks with support from Legal and capture leads for contract expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience running or materially improving an operating function or end-to-end process.
• Experience owning a product, platform, or service line with Engineering collaboration.
• Ability to interrogate a P&L and work with cost build-ups, gross margin, revenue timing.
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous questions, validate data, and test assumptions.
• Confidence reading contracts to understand delivery commitments and risk.
• Ability to build clear models, policies, and workflows adopted by teams.
• Senior-level judgment to challenge established practices with stakeholders.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail, owning problems end-to-end.
• Ability to balance accuracy with speed and surface findings early.

Responsibilities

• Solve high-impact business problems by identifying recurring friction and implementing durable improvements.
• Review contracts and statements of work for scope, schedules, terms, and cost implications.
• Maintain visibility into obligations, renewals, and compliance; involve Legal early.
• Keep scope changes disciplined; quantify impact and support change-control processes.
• Build pricing and cost models with Engineering, supply chain, and Finance.
• Track cost, schedule, and margin; explain variances and inform future bids.
• Provide leadership with a reliable view of pipeline, bookings, and revenue timing.
• Support major bids by pricing analysis, data gathering, and bid coordination.
• Develop usable policies, templates, and approval paths for pricing and risk.
• Connect customer needs with Engineering and ensure feasibility and cost position.
• Improve systems and close feedback loops by automating recurring work.
