Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Analyst, Pricing Operations, to partner with Product Line leadership and FP&A to execute analyses and build cost models, templates, and processes for pricing teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8+ years in proposal/pricing/cost development with government and commercial proposals and CPFF, FFP, and T&M contracts.
• Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS/TINA requirements and their application.
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing financial analysis tools and pricing models.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas); Word and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience with ProPricer.
• Self-driven and proactive with the ability to work independently.
• Comfort communicating broadly and presenting to senior leadership.
• U.S. Person status is required to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic proposals from opportunity to award and ensure progress, compliance, and financial alignment with objectives.
• Prepare compliant cost and price proposals for federal and commercial solicitations (DoD and international) across RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
• Generate submission-ready cost proposal artifacts with documented assumptions and cross-references.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements, basis of estimates, risks, and opportunities into compliant proposals.
• Coordinate with contracts, capture, and proposal teams on government responses, meeting deadlines and submission requirements.
• Develop pricing models, templates, and training for business-line pricing teams and internal/external use.
• Analyze data to develop pricing recommendations supporting negotiations and perform risk/cost realism assessments.
• Improve estimating processes and tools; lead process-improvement projects and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS/TINA and CPFF/TT&M/FFP.
• Support DCAA/DCMA audits with transparent cost estimating policies and procedures.
