Job summary

UFORCE US is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to drive pricing, program performance, and cross‑functional processes across Sales, Capture, Finance, Engineering, and Delivery. This ownership role emphasizes evidence-based analysis and credible recommendations without direct reports.

You’ll quantify costs, assess risks, and help teams understand commitments, costs, and timelines, partnering with Legal and capture leads on specialist contracts and defense acquisition work.

Qualifications

• Experience running or improving an operating function or end-to-end process.
• Experience owning a product, platform, or service line and delivering outcomes.
• Ability to interrogate a P&L and understand cost build-ups, gross margin, and bookings.

Responsibilities

• Solve high-impact business problems and quantify friction in the commercial cycle.
• Review contracts and statements of work for scope, deliverables, and cost implications.
• Capture changes before they are unpriced and support clear change-control.
• Build pricing and cost models with engineering, supply chain, and finance.
• Track cost, schedule, and margin; explain variances and inform future quotes.
• Provide a reliable view of pipeline, bookings, backlog, and revenue timing.
• Support bids with pricing analysis, data gathering, and bid coordination.
• Create usable pricing policies, templates, and approval paths.
• Link customer needs with engineering through structured field requirements.
• Improve CRM data, automate recurring work, and turn lessons into improvements.
