Dexian is seeking a Strategic Program Planner to support the Facilities Strategy & Planning Supervisor on high-visibility initiatives across a multi-site portfolio in Phoenix. The role concentrates on space utilization, occupancy planning, and capital planning to optimize workplace performance.
You will lead complex programs, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver executive-ready reports and recommendations.
Contract Length: 12 months with possibility of extension.
Work Model: Hybrid; onsite every Tuesday and Thursday.
Tuesday at CHQ and every other Thursday.
Every other Thursday at Deer Valley.
Additional onsite meetings as needed.
Work Location: Phoenix, AZ 85004 and Phoenix, AZ 85021.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM.
Travel: Up to 10% within Arizona; primarily day trips.

Leads complex, multi-site programs focused on space utilization, occupancy planning, workplace improvements, and capital planning efforts.
New contractor role created to support increased project demand and long-term planning initiatives.
Lead multi-building facilities projects, workplace transformations, space consolidations, and occupancy planning efforts.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and drive project execution.
Provide expertise in space planning, workplace strategy, furniture programming, and portfolio optimization.
Develop project plans, schedules, executive reporting, and strategic recommendations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage program risks, deliverables, and performance metrics.
Bachelor's degree plus six (6) years of relevant business, facilities, and/or project/program management experience; OR a combination of education and experience totaling ten (10) years.
Advanced knowledge of facilities planning, workplace strategy, portfolio management, space planning, occupancy planning, and furniture programming.
Experience independently leading complex, multi-building, cross-functional programs and initiatives.
Strong understanding of facilities operations, design, construction, workplace standards, and asset management principles.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, presentation, facilitation, and executive reporting skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
PMP, CFM, FMP, Certified Interior Designer, or similar certifications.
Experience developing executive-level presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
Background supporting enterprise facilities, workplace transformation, or portfolio planning programs.
