Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Program Manager for Business Transformation & Platform Operations to partner with stakeholders, optimize processes, and enable scalable operations across Care Communications.

You will drive reporting, automation, and governance while reducing key-person dependency and strengthening continuity. The role focuses on enterprise platform enablement, governance, and delivering insights through dashboards and repeatable reporting routines to support business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, analytics, information systems, or related field.
• 5+ years in program management, business transformation, or related areas.
• Experience with enterprise apps, reporting tools, workflow solutions, or business systems.
• Ability to learn platforms quickly and become a credible business partner.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support cross-functional business transformation initiatives to improve execution and scalability.
• Identify process gaps, data quality issues, and opportunities for simplification.
• Translate business needs into practical process, reporting, automation, and platform solutions.
• Support prioritization, sequencing, readiness, and adoption of capabilities across stakeholders.
• Develop governance, training, and continuous improvement for enterprise systems.
