Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management, business transformation, or related areas.
• Experience with enterprise applications, reporting tools, and workflow solutions.
• Ability to learn new platforms and partner with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and enabling adoption.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, visibility, and scalability.
• Identify process gaps, data-quality challenges, and automation opportunities.
• Translate requirements into improvements, reporting, workflows, and platform capabilities.
• Coordinate readiness, change adoption, and implementation of business capabilities.
• Support governance, training, and user adoption for key systems.
• Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and insights.
