Job summary

Moog Inc. in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate all activities from contract awards through software and hardware delivery, serving as the single point of contact for the customer.

You will direct a matrixed team across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Procurement and Contracts, deliver regular status updates to leadership, and ensure contractual requirements and scope adherence while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a BS Degree.
• 5+ years of program management experience in the aerospace, defense, or other highly engineered manufacturing environments.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance is required.
• Some travel may be required.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, high-impact initiatives in defense or similarly structured environments is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all program activities from contract awards through software and hardware delivery; you are the single point of contact for the customer regarding all aspects of the program.
• Regularly deliver status updates to management.
• Direct a matrixed group of people including Engineering, Operations, Quality, Procurement, Contracts, etc.; many resources shared with other programs.
