Job summary

Moog Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Data Management to lead cross-functional IT programs across the data lifecycle.

This role requires governance discipline, program strategy, and executive-level communication to deliver business value from planning through post-implementation support. The position is hybrid with a minimum of three in-office days per week at Moog's Corporate Headquarters in East Aurora, NY, and requires collaboration with PMO leadership and stakeholders across IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of seven (7) years in project/program management within IT or business transformation.
• At least 5 years managing large, cross-functional programs or multiple interrelated projects.
• Over 3 years in a people leader or matrix leadership role.
• Proven executive communication skills and ability to influence decisions.
• Experience with governance, risk/issue management, audit readiness, and financial tracking.
• Knowledge of PMI, Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program strategy, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
• Lead large-scale cross-functional programs across multiple teams.
• Interface with executives, provide updates, and escalate risks.
• Establish governance, logs, and compliance alignment.
• Incorporate change management milestones into plans.
• Own program budget, resource planning, and forecasting.
• Manage vendor/partner performance and dependencies.
• Report status on scope, schedule, financials, risks, and outcomes.
• Oversee testing, requirements validation, and deployment readiness.
