Job summary

EY is seeking a Program Manager to support the CTO and CT Commercials Leader by turning strategic priorities into coordinated execution across the organization. You will manage operating rhythms, align cross-functional workstreams, and ensure on-time delivery of critical initiatives.

The role requires a proactive, highly organized individual who can navigate senior stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies, and provide clear guidance from decision through execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in a medium to large environment, performing business analysis, business development and project management.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate leadership direction into actions, owners, timelines and outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional priorities and dependencies to support integrated execution.
• Prepare executive briefings, presentations, talking points, reports and analysis to support leadership discussions.
• Capture decisions and inputs, track commitments and actions, raise barriers and ensure follow-through.
• Support governance, processes, tools and ways of working to improve effectiveness.
