You’ll establish operating rhythms, track milestones, manage risks and dependencies, and prepare executive briefings to inform leadership discussions. The role demands discretion and strong stakeholder influence in a large, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in business analysis, operations, strategy or transformation.
• Experience supporting senior executives and coordinating priorities globally.
• PMI PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate leadership direction into clear actions, owners, timelines and outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional priorities and operating rhythms across the organization.
• Prepare executive briefings, presentations and analyses for leadership discussions.
• Identify risks and dependencies and ensure follow-through on commitments.
• Support governance, processes, tools and ways of working to improve effectiveness.
