Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate priorities and translate leadership direction into actions, owners, timelines and outcomes.
• Establish operating rhythms, leadership agendas, reviews, forums and planning cycles with follow-up mechanisms.
• Coordinate cross-functional priorities and dependencies for integrated execution.
• Drive strategic initiatives from planning through implementation with milestones and risk tracking.
• Prepare executive briefings, presentations and reports to support leadership discussions and decisions.
• Capture decisions and inputs, track commitments and ensure timely follow-through.
• Develop governance, processes, tools and ways of working to improve effectiveness.
• Coordinate with Finance, Talent, Operations and other functions to align requirements.
• Provide visibility into progress, risks, capacity and leadership attention needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and coordination for efficiency.
• Act as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders to support stronger outcomes.
