Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Program Manager to translate strategic priorities into coordinated execution across the organization. You will manage key requirements, drive cross-functional alignment, and support delivery of strategic initiatives, collaborating with senior leaders and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years of program management in a global, matrixed environment, with strong governance, and the ability to move complex priorities from planning to execution.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of program or portfolio management experience in a medium to large environment.
• Experience supporting senior executives and coordinating priorities across a complex, global, matrixed organization.
• Proven ability to establish governance and operating rhythms, manage interdependent workstreams and drive execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive-level briefings, reports and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate priorities and translate leadership direction into actions, owners, timelines and outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional priorities and dependencies to support integrated execution.
• Prepare executive briefings, presentations, talking points and decision-support materials.
• Identify risks and dependencies and ensure follow-through and accountability.
