Job summary

EY is seeking a Program Manager to provide dedicated support to the CTO & CT Commercials Leader. You will translate strategic priorities into coordinated execution, manage operating rhythms, and drive cross-functional priorities across the organization.

The role requires proactive, highly organized thinking, ability to engage senior stakeholders, and a focus on delivering strategic initiatives with structure and clarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 8–10 years of experience in a medium to large environment in business analysis, business development and project management.
• PMI/Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate priorities and translate leadership direction into clear actions, owners, timelines and outcomes.
• Manage key operational requirements and establish operating rhythms, including leadership agendas and business reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional priorities to support integrated execution across the organization.
• Ideate and drive strategic initiatives from planning through implementation with visibility on milestones and risks.
• Prepare executive briefings, presentations and reports to support leadership discussions.
• Capture decisions and track actions, raise barriers and ensure follow-through.
• Support development of governance, processes, tools and ways of working.
• Partner with Finance, Talent, Operations and Communications to coordinate requirements.
• Provide visibility into progress against strategic priorities including risks and capacity.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, coordination and efficiency.
• Act as a trusted thought partner to the CTO & CT Commercials Leader.
