EY seeks a Program Manager to support the CTO and CT Commercials Leader, translating strategic priorities into coordinated execution across the organization. The role will manage operating rhythms, align priorities, and ensure deliverables progress from decision through to execution.

You will partner with finance, talent, operations, and other enabling functions to drive governance and organizational capability improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or a related discipline.
• Approximately 8–10 years of experience in a medium to large environment, performing business analysis, business development and project management.
• Experience managing medium to complex activities and coordinating priorities in a global, matrixed organization.

Responsabilidades

• Anticipate priorities and translate leadership direction into clear actions, owners, timelines and outcomes.
• Manage operating rhythms including leadership agendas, business reviews, decision forums and planning cycles.
• Coordinate cross-functional priorities and dependencies to support integrated execution.
• Ideate and drive strategic initiatives from planning through implementation with visibility into milestones, risks and outcomes.
• Prepare executive briefings, reports and analyses to support leadership discussions and decision-making.
