Job summary

ALOM Technologies is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead cross‑functional programs across ERP, WMS, OMS, and TMS platforms, aligning business needs with engineering execution for high‑compliance operations.

You will translate complex requirements into scalable technology solutions, drive end‑to‑end order and warehouse workflows, and apply AI/automation to reengineer legacy processes. ALOM emphasizes training, development, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations tech with 3+ years in program/project management.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP/WMS/OMS/TMS; all four preferred
• Familiar with AI/automation tools for process improvement and ROI assessment
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent continuous improvement methodologies
• Proven track record leading complex, multi‑stakeholder programs from initiation to go‑live
• Strong analytical skills and data‑driven decision making
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; PMP/PgMP or Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred
• Bachelor’s in related field; Master’s a plus; familiarity with cloud platforms, EDI, APIs, and BI tools

Responsibilities

• Develop program charters, roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans; track milestones and report status
• Manage risk, scope, and change control across multiple workstreams; drive decisions
• Create clear, well‑organized business documentation for stakeholder evaluation
• Build deep understanding of internal processes to recommend optimization changes
• Provide technical oversight across WMS/ERP systems and integration layers
• Perform research to scope processes, recommend products, and contribute to complex designs
• Ensure clean data flow and process alignment across ERP, WMS, OMS, and TMS
• Liaise with external customers to understand requirements and onboard to ALOM systems
• Collaborate with partners and vendors to explore options and ensure timelines
• Partner with IT and system integrators to translate requirements into specs
• Drive visibility, prioritization, planning, and delivery for engineering teams
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma methods to redesign workflows before new tech
• Develop training materials and SOPs; close gaps in tribal knowledge
