Job summary

United Counseling Service (UCS) seeks a Program Manager to lead the Staffed Living program, oversee client services, and supervise coordinators. The role drives housing placements, program quality, and regulatory compliance across multiple facilities.

You will guide staff training, complete evaluations, and manage documentation and reporting to support independence and well-being of individuals served. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2–4 years of relevant management experience in a mental health setting.
• Experience supervising program staff and coordinating multiple services.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this leadership role.

• Oversee Clients and day-to-day operation of the Staffed Living program.
• Supervise staff, coordinate client services, and housing placements.
