Job summary

United Counseling Service (UCS) seeks a Program Coordinator to oversee Specialized Direct Support Providers, manage client services, and supervise staff across Bennington County. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or five years’ experience in similar role.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assign and direct the work of Specialised Direct Support Professionals and provide administrative supervision.
• Monitor service quality and assist with program operations.
• Develop staff schedules and oversee required staff training.
• Participate in person-centered planning and contribute to goal development.
• Ensure training compliance, including approved restraint procedures.
• Oversee Staffed Living Program operations and client placements.
• Collaborate with community housing organizations to secure resources.
• Approve and document staff timesheets and complete administrative forms for billing and reporting.
• Maintain records in EMR and prepare management reports.
• Foster an inclusive, diverse workplace and provide staff guidance.
