Job summary
R.W. Mercer Co. is seeking an experienced Program Manager for a full-time contract. The PM will plan, coordinate, and deliver complex programs, aligning with organizational priorities and strategic goals.
The role requires collaboration with leaders across operations, technology, product, marketing, and finance to ensure on-schedule, quality outcomes. PMP/PgMP or similar certifications are a plus, with a compensation range of $105,000–$145,000 per year.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of program management experience.
- Experience leading multiple projects/workstreams.
- Knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
- Strong communication with executives and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple programs from initiation to completion.
- Develop program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, tech, product, marketing, finance.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and mitigate dependencies.
- Prepare reports and dashboards on milestones, risks, budgets, and deliverables.
- Communicate expectations, responsibilities, and timelines to stakeholders.
