Job summary

R.W. Mercer Co. is seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM1569) for a full-time contract.

You will plan, coordinate, and deliver complex programs that support organizational priorities, working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure on-schedule execution aligned with strategic goals. Key duties include defining program plans and budgets, tracking milestones and risks, coordinating across operations, technology, product, marketing and finance, and delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of PM methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Experience with PM tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple programs from initiation through completion.
• Develop program plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, resource requirements, and performance objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, technology, product, marketing, finance, and other functions.
• Establish program priorities and ensure alignment with strategy and business needs.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and mitigate to keep initiatives on track.
• Prepare reports and dashboards outlining performance, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure clear expectations and timelines.
