Job summary

RedSky is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the DISA Records Management/Automatic Declassification program based at DISA Headquarters in Fort Meade, Maryland.

You will provide strategic oversight of contract performance, ensuring compliance with federal records management, declassification, FOIA, and Privacy Act requirements, and serve as the liaison between RedSky and government leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years of related professional experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams within a government/defense environment.
• Deep knowledge of EO 13526, the classification/declassification process, records management, FOIA and the Privacy Act.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for DISA leadership and CORs; manage all facets of contract performance, including staffing, budgeting, reporting, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee recruitment and training for a multidisciplinary team across DISA HQ and NARA.
• Direct complex declassification review activities compliant with EO 13526 and DoD regulations.
• Oversee FOIA and Privacy Act requests, monitor case metrics and provide guidance on exemptions and disclosures.
• Support responses to litigation, congressional inquiries, and Inspector General requests.
• Establish relationships with DISA and NARA leadership while executing program plans and preparing monthly reports.
