RedSky is seeking an experienced Program Manager responsible for the overarching management, execution, and performance of DISA's Records Management/Automatic Declassification program. Based at DISA Headquarters in Fort Meade, Maryland, this role provides strategic oversight of all contract operations and ensures rigorous compliance with federal records management requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience may substitute.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams in complex government/defense environments.
• Deep knowledge of records management, declassification processes, FOIA, and Privacy Act.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for DISA leadership and CORs; manage contract performance, staffing, budgeting, reporting, risk mitigation and quality assurance.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee recruitment and training for a multidisciplinary team across DISA HQ and NARA.
• Direct declassification review activities under E.O. 13526 and DoD regulations; advise on classification and equity referrals.
