Job summary

HP in Alpharetta, GA, seeks a Program Manager, Product Services for HP Indigo Print – Americas to own the end-to-end lifecycle of service offerings, lead cross‑functional teams across regions, and ensure service delivery unlocks measurable customer value while meeting business goals.

You will drive multi-country deployments, engage with executive customers, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to optimize profitability and enable continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, services management, project/program management, or global operations (or 3+ years with an advanced degree).
• Experience supporting complex hardware/software products in a global, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned HP Indigo service offerings, from launch through sunset.
• Lead delivery of large, complex service programs aligning scope, schedule, budget and customer expectations.
• Establish trusted customer relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and drive adoption.
