Job summary

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. in Huntsville, AL seeks a Program Manager to lead the MACH TB 2.0 program. You will manage technical project teams, develop processes and workflows, and coordinate data management across SharePoint, Windchill, and Box.

The role requires experience with DoD acquisition milestones, MS Office and MS Project, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of DoD Acquisition Framework and associated design milestones.
• Must be adept in Microsoft Office Suite including working knowledge of MS Project.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adept at interfacing with senior and executive leadership.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead for developing processes and workflows with key SMEs across MACH-TB programs and corporate functions and processes.
• Coordinate with the Configuration Management Lead and Deputy Program Director to ensure SharePoint, Windchill, and Box data and workflows are in accordance with the Data Management Plan.
• Review existing processes and workflows through a continuous improvement lens to ensure processes are not a constraint to program operations.
• As MTB SharePoint administration lead, coordinate with IT/IT Security to create/update/maintain internal and external SharePoint Lists, relationships, and permissions to maintain sharing and retention of program and mission data.
• Work closely with IT and Configuration Management Specialist to create, update, and oversee program- and mission-level database structure and processes.
• Create dashboards and reports to provide metrics for trend analysis and continuous improvement.
