The role emphasizes workflow automation, data management, dashboards, and continuous improvement. Up to 25% travel may be required and a DoD Secret clearance is needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead for developing processes and workflows with SMEs across MACH-TB programs and corporate functions, including reminders, approvals, and notifications.
• Coordinate with Configuration Management Lead and Deputy Program Director to ensure SharePoint, Windchill, and Box data/workflows align with the Data Management Plan.
• Review existing processes and workflows to ensure they do not constrain program operations through continuous improvement.
• As MTB SharePoint administration lead, coordinate with IT/IT Security to configure/update SharePoint Lists, relationships, and permissions for secure data sharing and retention.
• Collaborate with IT and Configuration Management Specialist to create/update program- and mission-level database structures and processes.
• Create dashboards and reports to provide metrics for trend analysis and continuous improvement.

Kratos is seeking a Program Manager for the MACH TB 2.0 Program in Huntsville, Alabama. This role will be responsible for leading technical project/program teams with process development activities and workflows.

Essential Job Functions

• Serve as the lead for developing processes and workflows with key SMEs across various MACH-TB (MTB) programs and corporate functions and processes. Workflows should have reminders, approvals, and scheduled notifications.
• Coordinate with the Configuration Management Lead and Deputy Program Director (Processes and Automation) to ensure SharePoint, Windchill, and Box data and workflows are in accordance with the Data Management Plan.
• As the organization grows and scales, review existing processes and workflows through a continuous improvement lens to ensure processes are not a constraint to program operations.
• As MTB SharePoint administration lead, coordinate with IT/IT Security to create//configure/update/maintain internal and external SharePoint Lists, relationships, and permissions to maintain sharing and retention of program and mission data.
• Work closely with IT and Configuration Management Specialist to create, update, and oversee program- and mission-level database structure and processes.
• Create dashboards and reports to provide metrics for trend analysis and continuous improvement.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Must have working knowledge of DoD Acquisition Framework and associated design milestones.
• Must be adept in Microsoft Office Suite including working knowledge of MS Project.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adept at interfacing with senior and executive leadership.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s and 15 years’ experience combined in program/project management, server administration, process improvement. Master’s with 12 years of combined experience in the areas above.
• Experience with process creation and improvement, particularly with workflow creation and management.
• Background which involves building partnerships with government or commercial customer representatives and supervising various task order activities.
• May require up to 25% travel to support technical meetings, design reviews, and test events.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• Experience in process creation and improvement, as well as workflow development and maintenance.
• Knowledge of automated workflows (HighGear) and configuration management software/workflow tools (PTC Windchill) a plus.
• Knowledge of SharePoint and/or server/database administration and maintenance.
