Job summary

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Program Integrator to join the PMO in Huntsville, AL.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with government customers and contractors, and drive program execution across mission kickoff, requirements derivation, AI&T, MP&E, and post-mission analysis to advance hypersonic missile technology. The role requires strong coordination, rigorous scheduling, and adherence to contract deliverables, with opportunities to shape program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 3 years experience.
• Experience with financial analysis tools and project management systems.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including multiple departments.
• Experience preparing cost proposals and/or gate packages.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily program cadence including risk reviews and PMRs.
• Track program metrics and develop situational awareness charts.
• Prepare and monitor required documentation per contract and policy.
• Support risk and opportunity processes to meet financial goals.
• Ensure contract deliverables and reporting are met.
• Support customer program reviews and visits.
• Lead integration activities across mission phases.
