Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) is seeking a Mid-Level IT Portfolio Manager for Annapolis Junction, MD. You will develop strategic marketing plans for a product line, coordinating with technical staff to shape features and serving as marketing's advocate on cross-functional development teams.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with an active CI Polygraph, 8 years in IT management, and the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with an active CI Polygraph.
• Experience developing strategic marketing plans for a product or product line through market research, competitive analysis, pricing, customer engagement, and business planning.
• Experience managing issues related to ordering of product, systems and tools, and/or manufacturing supply.
• Willingness and ability to work flexible schedules, including potential shift work.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic marketing plans for a product or product line in partnership with technical staff.
• Act as marketing's primary advocate on cross-functional development teams.
• Provide customer use-case examples to engineering and R&D.
• Bridge between customer feedback and requirements and R&D.
• Develop launch materials including press releases, presentations, videos, podcasts, and sales training materials.
